These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website BrewVariables.com and participation in workshops conducted by Brew Variables. By accessing this website or enrolling in a workshop, you agree to comply with the following terms.

By accessing or using BrewVariables.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and workshop participants.

9. Workshop Registration and Enrollment
Individuals wishing to enroll in Brew Variables workshops must complete all steps specified on BrewVariables.com within the required time.
Failure to complete all required steps will be treated as incomplete registration and may result in cancellation without refund.
Participants must pay the full workshop fee before a workshop time slot is allocated.
A single registration covers one participant only. Additional persons will not be permitted to attend.
Workshop registrations are non-transferable.
10. Workshop Scheduling and Rescheduling
After full payment is received, Brew Variables will allocate a workshop time slot that is suitable for the participant.
Brew Variables cannot guarantee how soon a time slot will be available.
If a participant wishes to change their allotted slot, they must inform Brew Variables at least three (3) days prior to the originally scheduled time.
Participants may reschedule a workshop no more than three (3) times. Additional rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellation without refund.
Failure to attend a scheduled workshop (no-show) will be treated as cancellation without refund.
11. Minimum Participants / Workshop Viability
Brew Variables reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop if the number of confirmed participants is insufficient to conduct the workshop.
In such situations, Brew Variables may offer participants an alternative workshop slot or may provide a refund at its discretion.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All workshop registrations are final once payment has been made, and workshop fees are non-refundable.
Participants are encouraged to carefully review workshop details before completing payment.
If a participant chooses to cancel their workshop registration after payment has been made, no refund will be provided.
Brew Variables reserves the right to cancel workshops at its sole discretion.
If Brew Variables decides to issue a refund following such cancellation, Brew Variables may deduct INR 400 plus applicable GST (currently 18%) as processing charges.
Refund decisions remain entirely at the discretion of Brew Variables
13. Workshop Format and Learning Expectations
Brew Variables workshops are intended for coffee hobbyists and enthusiasts.
They are not designed to provide professional barista training.
Workshops focus on:
• Teaching coffee brewing techniques
• Troubleshooting brewing errors
• Adapting brewing variables according to personal taste preferences
Due to the experimental and interactive nature of the workshops, coffee prepared during the session may not always taste optimal.
Participants are expected to practice brewing techniques independently after the workshop.
Brew Variables does not provide access to its facilities or equipment for practice after the workshop has concluded.
14. Participant Conduct
Participants must maintain lawful and respectful behavior while present at the Brew Variables premises.
Participants must ensure that their conduct does not cause disturbance or nuisance to neighboring residents, businesses, or visitors.
Participants must arrive on time and leave the premises promptly after the workshop concludes.
Photography, video recording, audio recording, or live streaming at the workshop venue is strictly prohibited before, during, and after workshops without explicit permission from Brew Variables.
15. Right to Refuse Participation
Brew Variables reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant from a workshop if their behavior is disruptive, unlawful, unsafe, or violates these Terms & Conditions.
In such situations, Brew Variables may deny further participation without any obligation to provide a refund.
16. Facilities, Food, and Parking
Brew Variables does not provide parking facilities.
Participants must park vehicles outside the premises at their own risk.
Brew Variables shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
No food or beverages will be provided during workshops other than the coffee brewed as part of the learning session.
17. Health Disclaimer
Participants acknowledge that coffee consumption may cause physiological effects related to caffeine intake.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are medically fit to consume coffee.
Brew Variables shall not be responsible for any health issues, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from coffee consumption during or after workshops
18. Force Majeure
Brew Variables shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in conducting workshops due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Power outages
• Government restrictions
• Public health emergencies
• Civil disturbances
• Transportation disruptions
In such situations, Brew Variables may reschedule or cancel workshops at its discretion.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising in connection with the website or Brew Variables workshops shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
